Fire and Gas detection system is an essential facility, especially in an hazardous area which combustible gasses might be appear.
Preventive maintenance we did to ensure the fire and gas detection system is functioning.
Part of our maintenance activity include :
1. Perform function tests for individual fire detector and repair/replace any malfunction heads/sensors/cards.
2. Maintain integrity and cleanliness for individual fire detector.
3. Perform calibration for individual fire detector to eliminate measurement error.
4. Perform check, clean of Fire and Gas Panel and maintain wiring system integrity.
5. Perform function test of output logic from fire and gas panel to ESD system and annunciation system(strobo light, paging system).
6. Maintain records and eliminate defects (faults or bypass).
The lists of field instruments such as : IRPGD and OPGD (open Path Gas Detection).
for detection activity we use both spectrum generated tools and consumable gas methane to simulate the detection response.

Gas Measuring methodology we used for calibration based on fundamental orifice gas metering. A set of system measurement involved temperature measurement and pressure measurement which is feed the reading to the flow computer.
The procedure for calibration is set up to ensure valid reading of temperature and pressure sensors. this we used certified temperature calibrator for testing the temperature measurement and Death Weight Tester for testing the pressure measurement.
Then, parameter of measurement is feed to the flow computer to calculate the volume.
another end of the system is to detect gas composition for determining volume of a certain gas using gas chromatograph.
However valid actual measurement will be compared to AGA-3 calculation to determine the acceptable measurement using software based manual calculation.
It is a major requirement for company point of sales to certify their metering facility before they can start selling their products.
In oil and gas area, the regulation is strictly controlled by government through Direktorat Jendral Migas and the implementation is involving Direktorat Metrology (Under Departement Perdagangan) and BP-Migas.
To get the certificate, we need to invite direktorat Metrologi, Ditjen Migas, and BP-Migas to witness the calibration process of the metering system. The calibration process is devided into 2 steps, calibration of the instruments like temperature transmitter, pressure transmitter, and calibration of the system compare to the AGA-3 and AGA-8 (for gases).
We have experiences to facilitate the certification from Direktorate Jendral Migas. We performing calibration test using calibration tools like Dead Weight Tester, Temperature calibrator, AVO meter, and the related softwares for calculating AGA-3 and AGA-8 and operated by skilled operators and engineers.
inline with the technical activities for calibration we are also facilitating for the government administration for the certification.

This document is to describe the ability of our team to setup Cable Pulling and Cable Laying for Medium Voltage (MV)/Low Voltage (LV) and Fiber Optic(FO) Cables.
MV Cables needed to distribute 6.6 kV Electrical Power from Power Generation Building to Substations, the LV Cables is to distribute 0.4 kV Electric Power from substations to Buildings.

Project execution include survey of the landmark to define obstacles during the pulling. The existence of hill will be mark on the pulling method. Include in the surveys is to verify the actual distance of each pull, to define the splicing plan.
